Terms of Service

By using the Esnad API and related services (“Services”), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the Services

You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with ZATCA regulations and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data you submit and for obtaining any consent required from your customers.

Account and security

You must keep your API keys and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@esnadapi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fees and payment

Fees are as set out on the pricing page. We may change pricing with notice. Overage usage is billed at the rates specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Services.

Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or business interruption beyond our control (e.g. ZATCA outages). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
