We don't email demo credentials. On a short call we screen-share the read-only demo tenant so you can ask questions in context. When you're ready to issue real sandbox invoices yourself, request a trial and we'll provision your own tenant within 24 hours.

- Can I explore the dashboard on my own?
- Not for the guided demo — it's a live call with our team. For hands-on access, request a 14-day sandbox trial and we'll email login details for your own tenant.
- Is this production or sandbox data?
- Sandbox sample data for a fictional company (Al Noor Demo Trading Co.). Not linked to ZATCA production.
- Is Esnad just an invoice PDF generator?
- No. Esnad is API middleware: your system sends JSON, we build UBL XML, sign with your EGS CSID, submit to Fatoora for clearance or reporting, and return UUID, status, and archived XML. The dashboard is for monitoring that pipeline — not for typing invoices by hand.
